Recently I began to feel like all of my tools, beads and supplies were slowly closing in on me at my tiny desk. So, in honor of being fully self-employed, I had my amazingly talented and kind father create a bigger, better, more efficient space for me to work at, and I am SO ecstatic about the results!
Frequently we'll be sitting around, say having dinner (because, yes, our kitchen, living room, and work space are all in the same room), and I'll look over at my new desk and just start geeking out about how much "I LOVE MY NEW DESK!!"
No, seriously though, having a space that is not only efficient but also beautiful makes me really happy. And, to top it all off, it's right next to the woodstove! I can hardly wait to cozy up with a cup of tea on winter mornings and create.
